PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: September 24, 2026

This policy covers the "Friendship Sermon Uploader" and "Friendship Sermon Clips" apps operated by Ryan Longo (ryanlongo.com) on behalf of Friendship Baptist Church in Owasso, Oklahoma.

WHAT THESE APPS DO

These apps are internal tools used only by the church's media volunteers. They cut the sermon portion from the church's own Sunday service recordings and upload it to the church's YouTube channel, and they publish short sermon clips, after a person reviews and approves them, to the church's YouTube channel and Facebook Page.

INFORMATION WE ACCESS

YouTube: permission to upload videos to the church's channel. We do not read, collect or store any viewer data, comments or channel analytics.

Facebook: access to the church's own Facebook Page to read its livestream videos and to publish Reels. We do not collect personal information about people who follow, view or interact with the Page.

HOW INFORMATION IS STORED

Access tokens are stored encrypted with our automation platform and cloud hosting provider and are used only to perform the actions above. Video files are processed temporarily and deleted as soon as the upload finishes. We do not sell, share or use any data for advertising.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

These apps use YouTube API Services. By using them, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). See also the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Access granted to these apps can be revoked at any time in your Google account security settings (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions) or in Facebook's Business Integrations settings.
